We had a family event here. We had a nice time it felt safe and the playground near by was fun for the kids and teenagers.

The playground area looks new, but thereβs garbage all over the place and the shelter area is really dirty. Bathrooms are not well maintained either. Sad that people canβt take care of new facilities and dispose their garbage in the multiple trash cans around the area.

Decent little park. Very clean and nice area for children or for a light stroll.

Inwood Park turned out to be a fantastic spot for photography, even though I wasnβt here to use the playground, courts, or picnic areas in the traditional way. I brought my truck and camera gear to capture some shots, and the park provided the perfect backdrop. The mix of wide open spaces, tall trees, and shaded areas gave me plenty of natural variety to work with. The lighting was great throughout the day, and I was able to get some clean, uncluttered photos with a natural look. The park is well-kept, quiet, and easy to access, which made setting up and moving around really smooth. Parking was convenient, and there was plenty of room to work without being in anyoneβs way. Even though my main purpose here wasnβt recreation, I could see how this would be a nice place for families and groups, thereβs a playground, picnic shelters, and sports courts if you want to make a full day of it. Overall, Iβd recommend Inwood Park not just for traditional park activities, but also as a great spot for creative projects like photography. Itβs versatile, peaceful, and a hidden gem in Joliet for anyone looking for a place to shoot or simply spend time outdoors.

Small park next to a huge golf course. It has a couple of pickle ball courts and a couple of tennis courts. Small kids play area There is a walking track around the park and tennis courts but it is not too big. 1 portable bathroom next to the pickleball court. Lots of parking. A few picnic tables all around the park. There is a covered picnic area too with a separate parking
